As much as we’d like to say that hypnotherapy works for everyone, unfortunately, hypnotherapy will only work on suitable candidates. This is why we’ll always carry out an intake session/diagnostic assessment to establish your suitability before scheduling you in for further appointments.

How Long Will My Sessions Last?

After an initial 1 hour intake session, you can expect your hypnotherapist to arrange a series of 2 hour sessions, usually occurring every 2-3 weeks (sometimes with 1 hour processing sessions in-between). Sessions can then be reduced to 1.5 hours, and then 1 hour depending on your progress.
